Design is an iterate, a series of processes that requires critical thinking and planning. Thinking outside the box. The act of creating a substantial quality change such as redesigning of a visual design, or a repackaging in design requires the following 7 steps:

1) Define (Brief): This stage determines what is necessary for the projects to be successful

2) Research (Background): This reviews information such as the history of the design problem, end-user research and opinion-led interviews and identifies potential obstacles

3) Ideate (Solution): This is the stage where end-user motivation and needs are identified and ideas are generated to meet these perhaps through brainstorming

4) Prototype (Resolve): It involves working towards the ideas that have be presented

5) Selection (Rationale): It sees the proposed solutions reviewed against the design brief objectives.

6) Implementation (Delivery): It sees design development and its finale delivery to the clients

7) Learning (Feedback): Through the feedback given y the clients and targeted audience, the designer improves.

Augustine Eguavoen Did A Fine Job As Super Eagles Coach

By now it is no news to any Nigerian sports fan, that Augustin Eguavoen and his entire team have been relieved of their duties at the helm of affairs of the Nigerian National team. Most Nigerians are happy with this development, with some claiming that his immediate predecessor, Gernot Rohr would have delivered better results.
