The immediate past Managing Director of Punch Nigeria Limited, Mr Ademola Osinubi, will receive the 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award at the 31st edition of the annual Diamond Awards for Media Excellence holding in Lagos on Sunday. Osinubi retired from the services of Punch Nigeria on April 30, 2022, after a distinguished career as the leader of the country’s most successful newspaper company. A former editor of The PUNCH , Saturday PUNCH and Sunday PUNCH, Osinubi was general manager before he was appointed managing director/editor-in-chief. He had an outstanding career as a reporter and editor before taking over the company’s leadership reins at a time when its fortunes were at their lowest ebb.
