A former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, on Monday insisted that he would not support the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, in the 2023 election. According to him, Atiku’s ambition would not fly as it would amount to the transition of government from one Muslim Fulani President to another Muslim Fulani President. Lawal was reacting to a report that he has abandoned the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, to work for Atiku.
