The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Oladayo Amao, has expressed concern over the number of civilian casualties during air raids across various theatres of operation. Amao said there was a need to ensure that measures at reducing these incidents are put in place to enhance the legitimacy of the Air Forces operations in the country.
