Jennifer Lopez reveals hidden message Ben Affleck had engraved on her engagement ring

Jennifer Lopez has revealed the hidden message which her husband Ben Affleck had engraved on her sparkling green engagement ring.

The loved-up couple announced their engagement back in April, almost 20 years after ending their first relationship. They then tied the knot in Las Vegas in July before hosting a lavish wedding celebration with family and friends.

53-year-old J-Lo has now opened up about the sweet gesture her husband did, engraving her ring with the words "Not. Going. Anywhere."

She said they had started using the phrase after they rekindled their romance.

"That's how he would sign his emails when we started talking again. Like, 'Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere'," Jennifer shared during an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe.

The phrase has also been used by the singer as the title of a song on her upcoming album This Is Me... Now, which will be released in 2023.

The album is a nod to her previous record This Is Me... Then, with both focusing on her relationship with 50-year-old Ben.

Jennifer candidly spoke about the pair's split back in 2004 and admitted she felt as though she was "going to die" when they called off their planned nuptials.

"Once we called off that wedding, it was the biggest heartbreak of my life.

"I honestly felt like I was going to die," the Jenny from the Block hitmaker said.

She added: "It sent me on a spiral for the next 18 years where I just couldn’t get it right.

"But now, 20 years later, it does have a happy ending. It has the most ‘would never happen in Hollywood’ ending."

Augustine Eguavoen Did A Fine Job As Super Eagles Coach

By now it is no news to any Nigerian sports fan, that Augustin Eguavoen and his entire team have been relieved of their duties at the helm of affairs of the Nigerian National team. Most Nigerians are happy with this development, with some claiming that his immediate predecessor, Gernot Rohr would have delivered better results. However, a simple analysis of events will clearly demonstrate that Eguavoen did a fine enough job given the circumstances. I will attempt to undertake this analysis by demonstrating, first that Eguavoen has a better record than one might realize, and secondly by comparing the performance of his Super Eagles with that of Afcon winners, Senegal, and runners-up Egypt. When Gernot Rohr was sacked a few weeks to the Afcon, knowledgeable sportspersons decried the move, citing the difficulty any new coach would face in setting up the team to play to his own patterns. In analyzing Eguavoen, therefore, it must first be understood that the new boss was operating unde...
